Winter’s sun splayed across the frozen lake
reflects back, frozen sentinels that dissipate forth.
The end of one year is the
dawn of another; nature’s hibernation will still process human reflections – be
they somnambulistic, or turbocharged.
Tread lightly onto the surface of the
mind, as you walk to the other side of hope.
